Shane's Rib Shack - Carrollton

I’m giving this restaurant 3 stars because of the staff. The food was fantastic, as always, but the loud shouting from the kitchen was quite unpleasant. I'm hesitant to return. My family used to love coming to Shane’s, and now I’m really disappointed!

Typically, this restaurant is a great choice, but my last experience was disappointing. We had to wait a long time for our food because the computer system was malfunctioning. The kitchen staff seemed unaware of multiple orders and ended up falling behind.

This will be my first and last visit. I took my son to Carrollton and we ordered two burgers and fries. We were eager to eat, but after waiting for 40 minutes, everything arrived cold, and we ended up with two cheeseburgers instead of what we ordered. I had requested one cheeseburger for my child and a full American burger for myself. I’m very disappointed.

Every couple of months I'm going back to see if he came back as well as before. NOPE! Uncooked burgers and microwave chickens. Fries were good, okra was so hot that it was not naturally cooked. I wish I could make a good assessment, but I can't. Avoid this place is my proposal.

I got a pork plate w fries mac-n-chesc. Love the spicy sauce. Just not as much as when the food is hot. #HotFoodIsBetter. Mac tested like box Mac i w/powered chess add a little cheddar call it mac-n-chess. So the food could good if it was hot except the Mac can be better it is wasn't cheap powder chess, from a box. Cheap food is sad food for a restaurant.
