Feedback gevenI typically avoid Starbucks these days in favor of local cafes, but I've found myself stopping by a few times in recent months. Each visit has been enjoyable—the baristas were friendly, my orders were always accurate, and I appreciated the open layout with plenty of windows. Food: 5/5.
They were out of an item, but they offered a fantastic suggestion for a substitute. Excellent customer service in the DFW area!
Chad, who I believe is the manager, informed me that the drink I ordered wasn't available and mentioned that he had been with the company for 21 years. I would have been happy to show him how to make my drink, but his passive-aggressive attitude made it not worth my time. Starbucks can definitely do better.
Your Google post says you opened this place at 5:30 a.m., but when I showed up at 6:30 a.m. on Monday morning, you weren't open yet? After 10 minutes waiting, they finally opened the window. But when I ordered you were from peppermint syrup during the holiday? It's like a McDonald's without pommes! I rarely come to Starbucks for coffee, but I will definitely not return to this if I ever get coffee at a Starbucks.
Absolutely love everybody that works in this Starbucks! They do amazing with their customer service!
