Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Carrollton

I visit this place almost every evening for a smoothie and a turkey cheddar wrap. Unfortunately, the staff always seem unhappy and are often on their phones. Tonight, I stopped by for my usual order and was greeted with the same unfriendly demeanor. The kitchen staff had their hair down, but I didn't think much of it at the time. However, on my second bite, I discovered a hair in my food. I'm completely disgusted and wish I could get a refund – that's $14 wasted.

Whenever Ryan is working, I have no hesitation in ordering double. He truly respects those with a vegan lifestyle, which is fantastic. Many vegans opt for smoothie shops due to the abundance of fruits and veggies, and while Tropical Smoothie is priced a bit higher than its competitors, Ryan makes you feel like it's worth it to splurge because you know you're getting quality and amazing flavor. I appreciate the entire team's efforts, but Ryan is the main reason I keep coming back.

However, just as I was taking my second bite, I discovered a hair in my food. I’m extremely disgusted right now and really wish I could get my $14 back—what a waste!
