Arby's - Carson City

Food is always great portions tend to suck when it comes to frys,, I ordered a large and got a medium in a large container. Happens all the time. Its like their subtle way of saying I'm fat and shouldn't be asking for a large.

I had not been to this restaurant chain in years and took my son because we had gift cards. The menu has expanded and offers some really interesting options. The first cashier was having a hard time with the gift card so a manager came over and took the gift cards and invited us to sit down. She brought me the receipt and the last gift card with the remaining amount highlighted on the receipt. The food was fresh, well presented, hot and very good. I'm looking forward to making this a regular stop. Restaurant was clean, decor was good, parking lot was kept up.

Great food and friendly staff. My go to on my way to school in Reno. The food is always hot and the crinkle fries are the best! Thanks Jack and Mary for buying this place.

Our waitress Rebecca D and the manager were both absolutely wonderful!!! Super sweet and caring, and the food was AMAZING!! The burgers were perfectly done and the wings were awesome! Definitely coming again!!

September 2017. I signed up for email specials on-line a few years ago and this latest visit included a FREE small drink and small fries with a purchase of any Bourbon BBQ sandwich. I chose the Triple Stack (steak, brisket and turkey) which cost about $8. This restaurant is always reasonably clean (even during weekday lunch-time rushes) and the staff has always been friendly and personable. My drive thru experiences have always been reasonable or fast. The building is due for a remodel. The restroom has always been clean. WARNING: The Mountain of Meat sandwich is enough food for 2 or 3 adults! $10 plus tax.
