Feedback gevenCame in an was patiently waiting to order. The guy in front of me said he had drove 30 mins just to get a sub from this location (being in his area they didn't have one . SO I placed my order to go(mind you the guy i front of me ordered first . they call his name, and then they called mine. Got my food and drove to my house to eat my subs that I had gotten for me and my brother. To our surprise, they had gotten are order wrong. Which I was pretty upset. But I'm sure the guy that drove 30 mins is going to even more mad when he finds out I got his order and he got mine. Word of advice check your bag before you leave.

This is the last time I will EVER go to firehouse subs! I just spent 1 hour in the drive through waiting for 2 sandwiches. There was only 2 cars in front of me. They took my money and then 20 minutes later told me they lost my order. I told them what I ordered they apologized then disappeared for 20 more minutes. Finally someone came to the window and asked me if I had something completely different than I ordered. Terrible service! And to top that off they forgot both of our pickles again. Firehouse subs you just lost a customer and I will share this experience with everyone I know.
So I did an app order and had a slightly bad experience with the order but when I went back in, I received amazing customer service from the manager Lewis. He exceeded expectations on fixing the mistake and was very friendly and kind while doing.
Came in for a sandwich chips and a drink it took 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me! Staff was not polite and they had absolutely no hassle at all. Not worth the 20 dollars.
