Food is always hot staff is always nice no complaints. Only problem would be it's not open past 11pm but so far that's it

It took 45 minutes in line I thought it was fast food

Bought food and it was sitting under the heat lamp so long the sauce was dried to the wrapper and the paper was stuck to the food and the food was rubbery. I watched them make new food and put the old food in my bag and set the new food under the heat lamp versus tossing the old food and giving me the fresh food. Staff was nice but the fact that they don't rotate out food that has been sitting is unacceptable. Make fresh food and give it to your customers. I would rather wait a few minutes for fresh food. They were not even busy. I was the only person in the store.

Food its self is usually decent. But today got a chicken Sand which with 2, very old patties. Like the dude knew they were and threw in and extra to make up for it? And the inside is almost always trashed and disgusting. Was only one table that was barely useable. There's even a funny smell, why?

There was 1 person ahead of me waiting to order. 12 minutes later, she was still waiting to order. Apparently drive thru is their priority, and customers at the counter can wait (and wait, and wait) until they pass-out from starvation. I walked out and went to Firehouse Subs.
