Chibugan Lechon At Ethan’s - Carson

This restaurant offers authentic Ilocos cuisine with dishes like Dinakdakan, Igado, and Pinapaitan. Everything is incredibly delicious, and the portion sizes are generous, all at very reasonable prices for both combos and à la carte options. Their silogs are fantastic as well. I haven't tried their lechon yet, but I've overheard other customers praising its crispy texture. I will definitely be returning again and again!

The restaurant was absolutely perfect for me and my group. The service was exceptional, and the food was simply divine. In all my travels around the world, Zaldy serves the best fried chicken I've ever had. Everything we ordered was outstanding. I highly recommend this place— they were very generous, even providing us with extra food beyond our order. The chef is fantastic, and the service is top-notch. Hats off to Chibugan!

The owner of Carinoso, Saldy, along with his wife and son, provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I really enjoyed the spacious and clean environment of the restaurant. They offer lechon every day, along with complimentary hot coffee and fresh fruits. There are plenty of options for delicious Filipino specialties, and the staff is friendly and always smiling.
