The food quality was as great as other branches. All crew had mask and hat, that?s a great policy.

Service is always super slow. The creamy Cilantro dressing is always watered down.

I don't know if Pollo Loco's quality has gone down like crazy or my standards have gone up but Pollo Loco now to me taste like microwaved food. Their chicken on the outside appears to be natural but it tastes like it has some kind of preservative or chemical and is too chewy. This is probably the last time I buy this chicken. Chicken Maison in Torrance beats the feathers off of them.
