Feedback gevenService is so SLOW. Paid for my coffee sandwich got my sandwich never got my coffee. No interested on contact the web site. Get more help or close the location.
I come here often and today I decided to do drivethru. I don?t mind waiting at all but if im waiting for horrible quality products then THATS A PROBLEM. My sausage and cheddar was HORRIBLE. Not only was it BARELY luke warm on the outside the middle was completely cold. I work a 9-5 and sometimes this sandwich is the only thing in my system FOR THE MORNING. My drink tasted so off the thankfully it was still good. So annoyed
HORRIBLE LAZY RUDE BARISTAS HERE that close the lobby substantially early and starts kicking patron's out! The staff here clearly does not comply with Starbucks policies.
This is the most continent Starbucks for my route when I have to head to Pasadena. But after constant mistakes, enough is enough. I?ve had to wait half an hour to almost 45 minutes IN THE DRIVE THRU! In one of my experiences, there were two cars in front of us after already and after 15 minutes we started to get antsy. And when the car that was ahead was only getting a water. Keep in mind, who know how long they were waiting and then add 15 minutes to that. They have continuously gotten drinks wrong and this was just the final straw. In my last visit to this location they forgot to add the coffee to the three drinks I ordered. A sugar free cinnamon dolce with whole milk tasted like milk and sugar. I mean, cmon. The pictures prove what the order was and what it looks like. I won?t ever be coming back to this location. Please don?t waste your time like mine was wasted.
I went today through drive thru they where actually moving pretty fast today but I ordered a bacon egg sandwich and I received it with no bacon like really this is not what I asked for???????????
