Dimitris - Cartago

That's my favorite place in Cartago. The family that owns the place is pure joy. They have horses, goats, organic soils and the best desserts. You can order turkeys and ham for the holiday and even a rib for the matchday. The climate here is breezy and beautiful. At night they often have bands or Spanish crooners. Every time I visit Cartago, I visit Dimitri's.

Texan-type restaurant, rustic, nice, small parking, acceptable attention, food is good but does not leave that feeling of wanting to come back.
