Burger King - Cartersville

3+ occasions I've been told to come in and they wouldn't take the order through the drive thru. This last time they took someones order in the drive thru and then told me to come in. That is a constant on top of screwing the order up half the time. Avoid and use the BK an exit up or an exit down from this one.

Pretty sure my whopper had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. The patty was dry and crusty. The lettuce was hot and soggy, mushy hot tomatoes and the single onion strand was limp and hot. The entire burger was flat and smashed.My husband’s double whopper was fresh and hot. Lettuce was crisp and tomatoes juicy.Service was nice but burger was inedible

Esther was amazing and so lovely even at 7:45 in the morning! Made our morning!

Must have got lucky based on the other reviews.Lady at the register was very nice.Had to stop taking orders to help getting food out. (Nobody willing to work anymore). Bit of a wait. Food is always fresh and delicious.

There was a sign on the drive-thru that said you had to come inside to order. If anything I think it would be better to close the inside and leave the drive-thru open. We were the only people in the restaurant and our fries we're not even warm. Our total was $24 for two combos, absolutely ridiculous. If I have to get out of my car to come inside next time I'll just go to Subway.
