Feedback gevenI had the worst dining experience at Cracker Barrel in Cartersville, GA. I paid $35 for a Brat-Rind dinner and pancakes but was very disappointed. I ordered the meal through DoorDash, and the roast beef was undercooked, while the side of potatoes was also not good. I've eaten out a lot, but I don't know what went wrong today. Overall, this meal felt like a complete waste of money.
The food was excellent and the service was good overall. My only minor issue was that it took quite a while for a waitress to acknowledge us when we were seated in a somewhat isolated area. However, once that was resolved, everything was fantastic.
I didn't stay for long, so it's tough to give a complete review. The hash browns were a bit cold, and when I asked for them to be warmed up, I received a smaller portion that was hot. The server also stopped refilling my coffee, and I ended up with just two cups during my visit. I do like her—she was friendly. The hash browns had a nice crispy edge. The service was quick overall, but the checkout process was slow.
We found CB that it is quite consistent over the years. Of course. ve saw some changes through this COVID-19 experience. All our favorite restaurants, in general, hate?t survived.
This is the best Cracker Barrell. Food is awesome. If I have ever had a situation it is addressed , taken care of in a timely manner. .Everyone is friendly, helpful. Sue is just the sweetest. I am in a wheelchair so, I have issues with being short or my chair just can't get through the aisles. She is just the best. ??? Jamie is a wonderful manager. You can tell by the way is employees act to each other and the customers.
