Waffle House - Cartersville

5 stars based on what it is. The food is classic Americana! Is it butter? Is it grease? Who knows, but it's good. Service is always good because it's not the Four Seasons. Plus it's always fast, and never wrong. Atmosphere? It's a Waffle house, Iconic. Long live Waffle House!!!

Horrible customer service, dirty, amazing food . But it’s not like there cheap, can we get a little better service and cleanliness?

Arrived. No customers in restaurant. The cook and waitress were talking with each other. Stated to us “we’ll be right with you “ and kept talking. After 10 minutes, we got up to leave and the waitress said, “we’re just waiting for more staff to show up” Really? Very poor service. Wasn’t even offered water

It was extremely busy but the waitress was awesome and the food came out pretty fast

Maybe today was just an off day. Very busy, not enough help, service not as friendly as prior visits.
