It's a must-try if you're in the area. The overall experience is fantastic, with excellent food, outstanding service, and a lovely atmosphere. I highly recommend the fish and chips!
We were staying in a village just outside Carterton and had heard great things about their food. We were certainly not disappointed. The dishes weren’t greasy and were cooked to perfection. The portion sizes were generous and the prices were reasonable, offering good value. The young lady with long braids on her left shoulder was very helpful and polite, always smiling. She was a pleasure to be served by, and nothing seemed too much trouble for her. It's a pity we're 95 miles away! Food: 5
