Feedback gevenCalled in my order and they said 10/15 minutes. Showed up and they gave me a buzzer, after 30 minutes I asked for a refund since I needed to leave. They then show me My food that had been ready the whole time, and apparently don’t know how to do cash refunds. The girl was also rude and let me know “that sucks” when I stated I had been waiting.
Took two time to get order then it still wasn’t right. Instead of telling me they don’t have jalapeno they just didn’t make my California roll. Then once they made it they said it’s not fried . It’s always fried every other time I’ve ate there.
I waited for an hour and half with 2 other customers. When the 2 other customers orders finally came up I asked about mine and was told they could not find my order. I waisted my time sitting there for that long for no reason. While the 2 other people and I waited we was able to count 4 orders that was wrong.
The food is amazing and they are fast and polite. Best sushi I have ever had and I will continue to go to them. I get four of my rolls for a little over $30 and I can have two for lunch and two for dinner. I have also tried the shrimp bento box and I loved everything that came with it.
If you call your order in please be aware the prices on the website don’t match the prices you’ll pay at pick up. Significant difference and not in customers favor.
