Church's Chicken - Carthage

I had to wait a while for my food, and while it wasn't exceptional, it was okay. The cleanliness could use some improvement. However, the highlight of my visit was definitely the honey biscuits—they were absolutely delicious!

I had a terrible experience with the customer service. I stood there for five minutes without anyone acknowledging me. When I finally received assistance, the staff was curt and appeared quite unhappy to be there despite choosing this job. The manager was extremely rude, and I noticed that none of them were wearing gloves. When I mentioned their attitudes, an older lady who finally came to the front responded, "It's a job; would you be happy?" If they’re not satisfied with their work or engaging with the public, they should consider quitting.

I attempted to order the spicy chicken three times over the span of a week, but each time I was told they were out before 5 PM. They explained that they can't prepare more because the chicken needs to marinate overnight. It seems that once they sell out of any item, they don't replenish it, including the coleslaw and other sides.

Been here three times. Always have to wait at least 15 minutes for order. This last visit waited 25 minutes. When I placed my order they boxed my chicken from the warmer, I guess fries and mash take 25 minutes. Chicken has never been fresh all threetimes. I've been to other churches and like their chicken. Will never be back to this location. Save your self the headache andgo to chicken express.

This was my first time to try Church's Chicken. It was really good and the person taking my order was exceptionally friendly! I will definitely be back!
