Iggy's Diner - Carthage

Our server was pleasant and efficient, the best part of our visit. the hathbrowns were a highlight beautiful and crispy. they served the nutritional pepper, which is always a fav for me and rarely in restaurants (and the server even gave me a refill in a cup to go that was very sweet of her to do). the rest of the food was decent/average diner food (the Hollandaise sauce was too coagulated and the taste was off. the vintage decoration/look was a tasty but had a very worn out appearance (e.g. you could feel the sources in the lumpy stand). the temperature was a bit too cool for my comfort, and there was something strange with the overall smell. I wouldn't come back, but I didn't leave a starving either. It was just okay.

Diner atmosphere down pat. that was what I expected. nothing nice, just good breakfast. coffee is farmer and it was good. lilly, server, was great.

Delicious food. good menu option. the waitress was very nice. nalstogic atmosphere in the inner makes it a pleasant stop when visiting carthage. test the spaghetti red (the large part was estimated). it was a nice idea with pickles and whistle.

Family all grabbed burgers for a quick bite while passing though town. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. Food tasted good and received it quickly.

Exterior definitely attracts. Interior has nice decor. The food is mediocre, the hash brown was a bit soggy in middle. The bacon was over cooked, like almost burnt. Atmosphere is a little warm humid for a summer day.
