I had a terrible experience at the Sonic in Caruthersville, MO. The chicken sandwich I ordered was old and burnt, and the bun was so hard that it was inedible. The tater tots were stale and soggy, tasting like they had been fried in old grease. Even the Coke had a bad taste. I ended up wasting $22 tonight. This was absolutely the worst visit I’ve ever had, and I won't be returning. I even gave them a chance to fix the issue, but they just brought out the same subpar food again. This location really needs to be shut down or have new management that prioritizes serving fresh food to paying customers. Service: Takeout.
