I asked for a matcha latte with less ice, and I was handed a latte that was 2/3 filled with foam. When you spend over $5 for a drink, there is an expectation to actually have a full cup of the product. What a complete waste of money. Go to the Honey Dew across the street. Ordered 2 dozen sorted munchkins and I was handed over a dirty / sticky box of 2 dozen munchkins with only two aromes. every coffee in the last 6 months I have rarely ordered was either wrong or tasty burned and bitter.

Donna is literally the rudest employee at this place. She handles the mobile orders on the weekends and intentionally drags her feet to get orders done because she hates it. She has swore in front of customers and argued with them. Management has done nothing about her.
