I called to place an order for a gift on behalf of my organization's president—a bottle of scotch aged over 15 years (I won’t disclose the exact age because it might make me sad to think I can’t try it myself). I was thrilled to find out that they offer lovely gift baskets and the option for custom orders, possibly even delivering the gift to the recipient my boss had in mind. however, as soon as I identified myself as representing the president of a philanthropic 501c3 organization, the person who answered the phone abruptly informed me that they were too busy to consider a donation. When I explained that we are a charitable organization, she simply repeated that they were very busy and hung up. I didn’t even have a chance to ask about the reason for my call. Initially, this seemed like the perfect place to arrange an elegant gift, but now they come across as a business that treats others with disrespect.

Initially, I thought this establishment would be a great choice for an upscale gift, but now it seems like a place that lacks respect for others.

The staff at this place are consistently the most courteous and helpful retail workers I've ever encountered. There's a guy who usually works the evenings, and he's always eager to chat and offer recommendations on various drinks. He has a cheerful demeanor and is always willing to assist. Although it's a smaller establishment, their selection is quite decent. They may not have a huge variety of wines, but there is a solid range available. They offer a good selection of craft beers and some local ciders, as well as options like seltzers. It’s definitely worth stopping by to check it out. It’s my go-to spot for picking up drinks.

This store is great, good selection and the staff is knowledgeable. My recent visit was to buy some local beer. The clerk showed my Harpers Lane and gave it a good review.
