Big Dom's Bagel Shop - Cary

The bagels at this restaurant are exceptional. I would have been even more impressed if they put seeds on both sides of the bagel. Additionally, the scallion cream cheese could use more scallions. I have visited multiple times and only received the correct double toasted bagel once out of three orders. Overall, their customer service leaves much to be desired.

Decent bagels sandwiches, but severely overpriced and only open 3 hours a day, 5 days a week. Only open 15 hours a week! Drive-thru only, not a welcoming environment. Very odd, surprised they are still in business.

Tasty food! My favorite is the scallion cream cheese and everything bagel. The donuts are also quite delicious. Looking at the other reviews, their ordering system seems to have improved (you ARE able to order at the window), but I assume the issues weremostly due to COVID times, which is understandable. The only thing I?ve had a problem with is the pizza bagel being a littleunderdone in the center, but everything else has been delicious and I very much recommend the food from here!

They make beautiful bagels and it's a great place. A couple of issues though! They run out of the popular one very quickly! You are then left with whatever they have. Also they sometimes load up the cream cheese a bit excessively!
