Bojangles - Cary

I had heard about this place for a long time, so maybe I was just expecting a little too much from it.The food was alright, but I definitely didn't feel like it deserved the amount of praise it gets.The borounds? Tatertots/hashbrown things were amazing, and the glazed cinnamon roll type thing was pretty good too, but I tried a few other things and they were all just OK.One thing that really disappointed me was that there apparently was no spicy option for the chicken, or anything else for that matter? Seriously, I asked and the woman said they didn't have anything spicy. I had already spent a month in NC, so I knew not to expect anything very hot, but I still can't believe there wasn't a single spicy option on the menu. That seriously confused me.The highlight of the trip was 100% the borounds, or whatever the hell they call their mini disk shaped hashbrowns/tatertots. I think I'll get my uncle to freeze a bunch and send em to me.Also, I'll go back to another one of these places the next time I go to NC and give it another chance, cuz maybe it was just an off day

The manager has an AWFUL attitude here. Apparently they adjusted them for their efficiency because it wasn't like that in the past. But customer service is certainly not their excuse! The cashier was friendly and helpful as she could perhaps be with the Merkat manager who could snore over her shoulder. This location is less than 2 miles from my office but I will not be returning. I will happily drive in the opposite direction, 4 miles to Tryon Rd. just to get service with a smile.

Terrible, shameful experience. I'm a door wing driver trying to make a decent living not easy to say the least. Rude staff at this Bojangles made it impossible to do my job properly. I just asked how long the order I was picking up would be (in a very gentle and friendly way, I'm positive of that) as I had waited a solid 5 minutes at the counter with no staff helping me. The woman behind the counter, Wei, who is also the manager, was incredibly rude and snapped at me saying "I'm doing it now!!!" As if I should have read her mind what was in the unopened back of the food in front of her that had been cold there for several minutes. I will never deliver food from this place ever again and I encourage other delivery drivers to STAY AWAY unless you want a headache and rude customer service to deal with while trying to make a decent living.

I usually patron this location regularly, Catham St in Cary. It has been some time, so I went in to find a complete change over of mgm't and staff. Now allow me to be clear I love all ppl; this location is seemingly now owned by persons of the Asain culture, which is fine; however they were completely unpersonable, stoic if you will and it took away from home/family vibe. Also had the bare minimum of food up hot, didn't understand usualy order lingo, etc. I will never visit this location again.

Absolutely despicable customer service. I NEVER leave reviews, the last one I wrote was 2 or 3 years ago but I couldn't let this slide. Never in my life have I experienced such horrible, spiteful, and rude customer service. Stay away from this place. I'm from NYC so I am used to rude workers, but I've never experienced such contempt from a service worker when I was being kind. My first time at bojangles will be my last.
