Jersey Mike's Subs - Cary

This place consistently offers fresher, higher-quality subs than Subway. If you’re looking for something adventurous and unique, you might want to look elsewhere. However, if you want a solid sub made with fresh ingredients, this is the place to go.

I was really disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. When I picked up my order, I discovered it was wrong, and by the time I got home, I didn't have time to go back and get it fixed. So, I ended up wasting $20, and their customer service wasn't helpful at all. It seems like they either need to get things right or consider whether they’re cut out for this line of work. If I treated customers the way I was treated, I wouldn’t expect their support either. I won’t be returning, and I urge anyone reading this to think twice before choosing this restaurant, as there are much better options out there. You don't win over customers with such rudeness.

I placed an online order and went to the counter to pick it up. Unfortunately, I was completely ignored. I even tried to get the attention of a staff member to help another customer who had left her card in the scanner, but I was ignored again. I waited through three walk-in customers before finally deciding to get in line. The sub maker overlooked me while preparing two subs for the people behind me. Eventually, I managed to get some attention and received my already made sub. I had to reach over the counter to grab my drink cup because the staff chose to focus on the customers behind me. Throughout the entire experience, no one said a word to me.

Love this sub place because they slice the meat right in front of me, compared to subway which does not. Jersey Mike's is much better and I know my sub is fresh made.

This jersey mikes is my favorite one to go to! The people here are so nice and know me when I walk in. I rarely have to give someone my order, they just have it ready. They are so friendly and positive. They've never messed up an order before! They always brighten my day when I go in! :D THANKS GUYS! #7 on white reg extra mayo on both sides
