I come here regularly, but lately they were only busy and underoccupied, and they miss. the half of the time they don't cut the sandwich, and they miss out on things like chips. you go without them if you don't care. and there's little sense to order online if they don't add their order to the line until they go to pick it up.

I should have read the reviews, waited over 50 minutes for delivery, and I live 1.5 miles away. I canceled my order. what happened?

They were from their Italian meat, but beach club was excellent.

This situation used to be so good and I loved it because it was right at my house. Now they're just crazy okay and crazy slow. 10 minutes before arrival a mobile order. arrived and waited another 10-15 mins for my pretty basic order with 3 sandwiches. not sure what has changed, but I think I'm going to go a few more to the davis dr location from now on.

The employees need to stop parking by the restaurant ! You can't even park to get a sub because you all park close to the restaurant. Park out some! Past Brueggers for example so that paying customers can park to PAY money and eat . It's the same day and night! You all take up the park spots that need to be open for paying customers.
