Feedback gevenThis restaurant had a sign on the door listing a super long array of items they were out of – definitely a red flag. One of the items was chicken tenders, which my kids wanted, so they opted for hot dogs instead. We decided to go in, thinking it might still work out. However, we were then informed that they were out of the hot dogs too. I ended up canceling my order and left. I can't have my kids go through substitutions for an entire meal; it’s not acceptable. The list of unavailable items was extensive, and they didn’t even mention that they were out of fries and other things. Honestly, they might as well just close down. This was my second attempt to dine here. The first time, I waited 35 minutes for a burger during a car ride, only to be asked to park and wait, which I did patiently. When I finally went in and asked for my order, they handed me a bag with a cold burger that was made incorrectly. I ended up waiting another 10 minutes while they fixed it. When I left, I realized I had placed my order 48 minutes earlier. That’s just way too long to wait for food. I won’t be coming back.
I ordered a 6-piece chicken strip basket along with two onion rings, but they were out of onion rings and I only received 5 strips. Additionally, the basket did not come with the two pieces of toast that it was supposed to include. I am very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant.
The restaurant wasn't the cleanest I've ever visited, but the service was good and I had a great experience overall.
Immediately after the church and before the arrival of the monsoon towers we drove inside and ordered 2 milkshakes with whip cream. they are soou good, I'll go back next Wednesday.
My family and I love Dairy Queen but this location always disappoints, but we gave them another chance tonight I have 5 kids wanting ice cream.when we drove up and asked for ice cream blizzards the girl on the speaker said that the ice cream was going to be runny and if that was OK. When we asked,runny like a milk shake? they acted like they didn't understand our question,she kept leaving us in silence.We are there buying a product and if there's a problem with that product it's on you to make me understand the problem,and what I'll be spending my hard earned money on.Don't act like it's my fault you can't articulate the situation.She really just kept ignoring our questions about the ice cream like if we're suppose to know what that meant, I mean who wants runny ice cream,she finally said the ice cream would spill out the cup.why would you sell me that. Just say your machine is broke or something don't have me pay for that. We will not be stopping at this location again ..
