Feedback gevenHaving worked in food service myself, I found the lack of hygiene concerning. After waiting about 10 minutes, I tried to be patient, thinking they might be short-staffed. However, I noticed three employees casually moving between the front and back with no apparent rush. After waiting a while longer, we knocked on the window to request a refund. The girl who responded seemed confused and just walked away. I have never waited over 15 minutes for a sub from JJ's, especially with no other customers around. I still haven’t received my nearly $20 refund for the two sandwiches I never got. The cross-contamination was unacceptable, and the employees displayed a lack of urgency or accountability. If I could give zero stars, I would.
The first warning sign was that it took the employee five minutes before I could even place my order. I was the only customer in line, and there was nobody inside. The second red flag was when he opened the window and took my credit card while wearing the same gloves he used for food preparation. It's time for them to be more responsible and sanitary. The other staff members were equally unhelpful. After waiting for so long for just two simple sandwiches, I asked to cancel my order and get a refund. This seemed to completely confuse the staff, and the girl at the window even admitted she didn't know how to process a cancellation or refund. It was clear that the employees were untrained and unqualified. Corporate should seriously consider revoking the franchise at this location. I will be getting my money back through my bank.
You would expect that spending $60 on sandwiches would result in receiving exactly what you ordered. I called the store twice and didn’t get much help—conversations with park trees would have been more productive. However, the owner eventually reached out to me and promised to make things right. After speaking with him, I found him to be a nice guy who genuinely wanted to address my concerns. He apologized for the inconvenience and took steps to correct the situation, which really changed my perception of the restaurant. It's rare for an owner to personally follow up like that.
Hard to complain. They're always fast and friendly. We have never had an issue with quality or accuracy here. It's a much better alternative to Subway and their app is great for earning free food.
The staff here is AMAZING! I went through the drive thru and after getting to the ordering screen I realized that not only was I there before they even opened but that there was a tree blocking the exit. I tried to back out but it didn?t work because of how the drive thru is shaped. The workers gestured for me to go to the window and when I got there I told them there was a tree blocking my way out. They were shocked and gave me a free sandwich while they worked to move the tree out of the way. I just want to thank them for not only giving me free food before you were even open but for also making sure I got out safely with no damage to my car. THANK YOU GUYS!!!
