Clean room ! TV worked great, shower has nice Hot water , good hot breakfast , Pleasant stay over all!

Rooms are nice and clean. Its not a 5star or a fancy hotel but the awesome customer service by Vikram is legendary. Next time I visit Renton I will stay again in this Hotel.Rooms: Clean and quietNearby activities: Casino, fast food and mallSafety: security is good even at the parking lot

Everyone was very courteous and accommodating to our unique situation, being our flight was canceled not once but twice. The General Manager made sure we had what we needed and was comfortable.

The person answering the phone was extremely rude when I asked about a late check out. After I asked what the latest time for late check out was and whether there could be a late check out fee policy, he simply repeated “You need to pay another day” with the same tone again and again.

I arrived here at 4 o’clock in the afternoon and was told my room was not ready yet so I left for an hour and came back. I was checked into room 215 the sheets have red stains on them so down comforter has red stains on them, the countertop is sticky and there was a Coffee left in the coffee pot, and the toilet was dirty. This place is utterly disgusting. When you get on the elevator the floor is sticky. This place has a contract with the VA and veterans are to stay here before they surgeries and other medical things done at the VA hospital and I would think that they would go out of their way to take better care of their place. I would never rent a room here again
