We tried this because it was nearby. The owner was friendly and helpful and accommodated requests . I ate Gnocchi and my partner ate sliced meats and bread. We struggled to find tasty good food in Portugal and this was very acceptable. I would visit this place again if in Carcavelous again.

We were looking for a quick Pizza and saw Zeno. Quite difficult to get to as is on the river side of the railway tracks. Service pleasant and attentive and wine list extensive. Pizzas were good as was the wine but not a cheap meal. However it's a riverside location so that probably accounts for the price.

The room was quite small and a little bit used. For dinner they have a Buffett, the food is not so good, the breakfast it was good.

The rooms are nice but you can hear the neighbors talking in corridor or neighboring rooms, got waken up at 1am. Breakfast is too basic, not worth of a 4 stars, you have better breakfast in basic French hotels. Orange juice is not natural one. First day I helped the staff communicate with French who did not speak English, took 10min of my time. Last day I forgot to pay the city tax, I had the impression to be a criminal. You can feel a vertical/rigid-style management at play, need to take it easy (put more Brazilians!
