Johnny J's Diner - Casper

For years our Sunday custom has been to go to Johnny's for the wonderful tender broasted chicken. However, for a few weeks the broaster was broken although a couple weeks ago the replacement was there! So we ordered it as usual. Not the same! Not as tender but we thought maybe it was just the day. So we went back yesterday. Worse. The wings were skinny and way too crisp as was the dark meet. Way too crisp and over done. We thought maybe they were fixed way ahead and warmed over? Maybe a new cook? Wondering if others are having the same problem? Sure do miss that good broasted chicken! We probably will still come to Johnny's but not order the chicken. Thought you might want to know. Please let us know if it gets fixed back to how your broasted chicken used to be. In the meantime we won't try it again! Twice is enough! Thanks for listening, Johnny!
