After waiting for an hour, I offered to pick it up myself, but the staff member said she believed the driver was back. Later, when I requested a refund for the incorrect portion, I was informed that it had already left with the driver. My food sat untouched for at least an hour and a half. Save yourself the frustration.
I really enjoy Pepperoni Pizza, but the one I had on October 6, 2022, was the worst I've ever tasted. My spouse's pizza was excellent, which is the only reason I’m giving this place a two-star rating; otherwise, it would be the lowest possible! I probably won’t be coming back to this location for pizza again.
I agree with the previous review I read. The service here has declined rapidly. Twice in a row, our order has been incorrect, so I decided it was time to inform them. I called to report the mistakes and mentioned that items were missing. I requested a partial refund, but they told me I needed to return my order to prove it. How am I supposed to prove something is missing? I explained that it was a delivery order, and I wasn’t about to take it back. The employee was very rude and asked to speak with a manager. The manager told him to relay that everything is made the same, so I would just have to accept what I received. What?? I pointed out that their mistakes shouldn't mean I have to suffer the consequences. I would have to load up my three kids, the food, and then drive to the Papa John’s? He just apologized and said he didn’t make the rules and was just earning minimum wage. It’s not my fault he can’t find a better paying job; maybe if customer service were better, they wouldn’t have such a terrible manager.
I'm not quite sure what's happening with Papa John's in Casper. It used to be fantastic, but now my pizza deliveries consistently take over 90 minutes. It's absurd. Other pizza places in town manage to deliver much more efficiently, so it's not merely a staffing problem. They really need to improve their operations.
Tonight was my first time having pizza delivered instead of picking it up. I asked for paper plates with my order since I have sick kids at home and there’s snow outside, and I needed a little help with the cleanup. I never expected our delivery driver, Dan, to go above and beyond and ensure we got paper plates, even though the store was out of them. Is this the charm of small-town living? Thank you, Dan, for going the extra mile when you didn’t have to!
