Qdoba Mexican Eats - Casper

My portion was quite small, to say the least. The guy in front of me received almost double what I got. Sure, he was very good-looking and all the female staff seemed to be focused on him. And he didn’t even pay for a larger portion! Haha!

I had the Flour Impossible Burrito and a small drink for $12. The burrito came with black beans, refried beans, rice, queso, and sour cream. At $9 for a burrito of this size, it's a great deal. Everything was delicious, and the staff was attentive and took great care of everyone. It was a low-stress environment, which made for a pleasant dining experience.

I absolutely love their breakfast quesadillas! The staff is very friendly, and the service is quick.

Management changed and it's much cleaner. Still needs work on the cleanliness. Need to send someone around once and hour to quickly sweep up the chunks on the floor and wipe the tables of crumbs, but the food station is much cleaner. The box for the chips needs to be cleaned. You can smell the old oil in it going rancid. You guys got this! Keep working toward a cleaner work place. You got this.

My biggest concern was that some pieces of chicken in my son's burrito were still half raw, leading him to throw it away. It seemed that the cook didn't thoroughly check the chicken before chopping it up, and the employee serving us didn’t notice either. Furthermore, when she was adding steak to my rice bowl, I inquired if it was fully cooked because it looked excessively pink while the outside was nearly burnt. The staff member barely glanced at the steak and replied, "It's medium rare," so I took her word for it. However, when I got home, I had to microwave the steak from both rice bowls before eating because it clearly wasn't fully cooked. This experience left me unimpressed and extremely disappointed, especially considering I spent nearly $48-$50 for our meal.
