Went in at 1130 am, 2 tables already seated. It took 10 minutes for a waitress to come over. We ordered drinks, took another 10 minutes to place order. Food was delivered in a timely manner, but our waitress didn't come back by for over 20 minutes. She only came to our table once after food was delivered. She spent to much time on her phone. Will not go here again.

The experience could only be described as 'meh'. The food, Ultimate Nachos was little more than chips and salsa. I ordered large drink to go and had no large to go cups offered to give me drink in child cup. The only good thing was the 'Dirty Dub Tots'!

I will begin by complimenting alicia; I ignorant can her name wrong charismatic, big, natural lulling dark haare; chíc chunky frame glasses-sized smile I egret notit a point to certainly remind her name simply because she has always made to make my togo experience just that; an experience that is not overlooked by many I am sure! also as a guilty pleasure I find myself buffalo togo more than I admit; and this place is by far the best consistent on quality and customer service. it is rare to pick up a togo order and during the waiting everyone involved; regardless of what they do or what their roll is, will stop to acknowledge me and confirm that I was helped. it is rare to see that all employees never run past a piece of müll on the floor or a dirty table and do not ignore, but even fight while other dishes carry to bend to pick up the müll or help another server to delete one table. with all these positive experiences I could not help but laugh about the sarcastic attempt made by the BOH team in preparing my extra bet 20 piece 1 2 1 2.
