Grande Rocques Bistro - Castel

The bistro on the upper floor, in contrast to the bar on the ground floor, is a lovely and intimate dining space. It's not widely known, but it's beautifully designed and offers a great view. The staff was efficient and even a bit more attentive than necessary at times, but overall, it was a very pleasant dining experience. My only complaint was that my filet steak was overcooked, although everything else was well-prepared and delicious. I would still recommend a visit—just maybe skip the steak!

Fantastic bar and restaurant! Definitely one of the top five in Guernsey. The staff are lovely, and the food is wonderful. I couldn't recommend this place more highly!

I dined at the fantastic kitchen of the Grandes Rocques Bistro today, and I had no real expectations. However, my meal was truly outstanding. I enjoyed the most tender squid starter I've ever tasted, followed by a delicious Chateaubriand accompanied by generous sides, including their signature homemade onion rings. I absolutely loved it!

Great food, good atmosphere. service is what they expect.

Called in for lunch whilst on holiday. Absolutely fantastic food and service there were ten of us. The seafood platter was delicious as was the duck and cod. A must this little gem with a great view from the balcony..
