Being born and raised in Bologna, I am a real connoisseur of this cuisine (also because my mom and grandma were great cooks! . Unfortunately, the real bolognese cuisine is not trendy anymore so, in order to find a good bolognese restaurant, you have to drive out of Bologna. This little, family-owned trattoria propose a very typical menu from another era: the best handmade Tagliatelle con ragù and Tortellini , excellent Polpette con piselli and Grigliata mista . Try Fiordilatte as an unforgettable old-style dessert. The price: around 25 euros, a real bargain!!!
I've been there alone and the owner gave me really warm and friendly welcome, this is for sure one of the reason to come there again. I've eaten tortelli burro e salvia and polpette in umido; I found booth these two plates good and I really feel them like my mother style, so it was nice. Unfortunatelly the wines list is really poor and the home wine was not good also zuppa inglese was really not good I felt the flour when I tasted it. the price was in the normal average 25 EUR for three plates and 1/2 liter of home wine. finally nothing special but at the same time nothing terrible

Trattoria di campagna classica. la scelta dei piatti non è ampia, ma di ottima cucina con valore favorevole per il denaro. il proprietario e il personale sono caratterizzati dalla tipica cordialità petronica che, purtroppo, sta scomparendo. i deliziosi piatti sono tagliatelle con ragù, tagliatelle di limone, stracci di aceto balsamico, polpette con piselli, zuppa inglese e fior di latte; Tutto squisito. Non posso giudicare il vino, devo guidare, non l'ho bevuto.
