After a terrible experience in a trattoria more or less in the same area. finding by chance and trying the valentine inn was an amazing culinary experience and especially exciting and not only. visiting castell'arquato with friends, Saturday we went to lunch as valentine. simple but very welcoming location and I guarantee that the kitchen will leave you really open. we started with sliced. really very good, accompanied by their chissulini (a kind of very delicious fried dumpling), cheeses. vegetables under water and gardener to scream. then we went to the first dishes that certainly were composed of strictly homemade pasta. last but not least dessert. everything was brought in generous abundance and all that was asked, was brought to the table. great wine and what else to add: valentina your inn is really top and your kitchen deserves all the praises in this review. thanks for everything and the next visit in your beautiful areas.

My review is interlocutory because Friday at lunch was only the work menu and I can limit myself to that. good dishes, abundant and at good price. very beautiful and fast girls, unfortunately the speed strikes the service, hectic and sometimes imprecise, but understandable. I want to go back to the evening
