Choose regular or focaccia brot. add their preferred type (young, medium or old) pecorino add prosciutto finish spices: we had tomato and pesto perfecto!

I had lunch here with my partner and loved the focaccia. we are vegetarian as well as the owner, fortunately recommended a great pesto, melanzane, pecorino and sun-dried tomato combination. we made it out of the stall with fresh fruit. must go to lunch!

We have visited several times in the last ten years. always friendly, always exquisite paninis made to order. the focaccine (i.e. crispy focaccia) is as good as anyone. worth visiting if you need a snack or a to-go lunch. I miss this one, and I miss it. his owners, if I'm not in castellina.

Had a great experience here with my family. They were really nice about my terrible Italian and others ordering in English. Incredible local meat, bread, cheese, veggies. Everything you could want for a take-away Tuscan lunch!

We went in with our children yesterday and bought amazing pasta and some of the finest produce. Even if you are travelling without a kitchen they say lots of great things including beautiful produce, great sandwiches, and things to bring home with you like dried...pasta a truffles. Highly recommended!
