Pizzeria Desideria

The restaurant itself is nice and has enough parking space in the front. The pizza is one of the best i've had during my stay in italy this year. The prices are very moderate 5 euro for pizza diavola). What i probably missed was the insalata mista. The restaurant does not serve salad or pasta which of course is ok, because they call it pizzaria. The dessert is good but convenience, so it s definitely not a must. The guys concentrated on what they are good in pizza! And that's perfect.

Stopped here for some food with the kids in the evening and it’s slight away from the main areas so appears to be for the locals more than tourists and we had a lovely time with a lovely waitress who was able to speak some English but really tried when she struggled and was perfectly happy that we couldn’t speak Italian (we did have the iPhone out on the internet trying of course) anyway, it was a lovely evening, lovely food, lovely waitress and very reasonably priced at about €71 for 2 adults and 3 kids to have a main pizza each side of chips drinks and desert. We gave €80 and she seemed very pleased indeed. I read after that apparently you don’t tip in Italy but she did a great job of looking after us.

Pizza??!!!!! Buonissima. Mi sono magnato addirittura. Pizzaiolo??!!!! Conosce il suo mestiere. Servizio??!!!! Fantastico. Insomma, andate a magna che è recomandabile. Braviiii
