Still enjoyed the meal despite average rating. It's a convenient location if you're in Castle Towers however food wise thought the yum cha quality is quite average same as other reviews. Value wise thought it was a tad more expensive compared to other places. Because it gets busy, it takes awhile to get service but this is quite the norm in a Chinese restaurant. Even before the restaurant opened, there was a queue on a Saturday morning.
Went here with my bestfriend, and it was absolutely slow and terrible service. Not much more to say.
We decided to dine prior to the movies as many people have suggested their Yum Cha, Unfortunately their dinner dishes we had were tasteless. perhaps Yum Cha may be what they good for to try but not dinner, unfortunately.
Certainly not the best yum Cha I've had but we were in the Towers on a weekday and the restaurant was relatively quiet so we went in. It's very overpriced....our local yum Cha never charges for jasmine tea. A couple dishes were on the cold side except for the pork buns which were super hot and moist on the bottom (which may me suspicious they were microwaved as it was inconsistent with all other dishes). The bean curd rolls are nice. The water jug and glasses supplied were all scratched up and marked and looked grubby- which doesn't make you feel confident. I'd go back, but only if I was craving yum Cha and nowhere else was open.
