Taste of Malaya - Castle Hill

Laksa is great here. A mate and I have been regulars for last 2 years. Nasi lemak good and like the roti with curry sauce to start.

We visit this place regularly. It is great food with excellent service with a smile. Have tried most dishes on the menu and haven't found any faults. Very highly recommended...

Visited yesterday for lunch and never again. The 3 dishes we ordered had no flavour and were watery. You'd get more flavour from a jar of Chicken Tonight from Woolies! Roti from the supermarket, curry was watery and tasteless, rice dry and satay chicken had boiled pale chicken with a watery sauce on top. If you want Malay or even Chines food, this isn't the place!

Great food. Was very busy during mother dat lunch. Wait was reasonable as kids were very hungry. Reasonable portions of food per serving size. They didn't accept discount voucher which was not nice. It seem that on mother's day and other important days, the restaurant doesn't accept entertain book discount voucher.

Seated quickly, order taken quickly, food delivered super fast. Mains arrived before we had finished entree. Food was excellent. Service a little slow after finishing mains, quite a wait for clean up and desert / coffee menu. Good overall.
