The extensive menu here gives some of the inner city cafes a run for their money, with good quality breads, free range eggs and one heavenly Malabar chai brew that reminds me of Mecca Espresso’s offering. I’m definitely on the hunt for a cast iron teapot to serve chai lattes in! Mum had a breakfast wrap with scrambled eggs, cheese, bacon, tomato relish and rocket while I went for the Tasmanian smoked salmon open toast with dill dressing, smashed avocado, watercress, capers and a poached egg on rye toast. I think I’ll be frequenting Three Beans at Towers a fair bit in the future because of the quick service and delightful staff, not to mention the food that makes you feel as though you’re doing something good for yourself. Afterwards, we picked up some berries at
The service was kinda slow, but food was appetising and filling for the price. Although, the glasses offered for water were not cleaned and needed to be cleaned ourselves. Great place for a early brekkie since this place opens earlier than most places.
Tried this healthy green bowl. Avocado was fresh, so was the quinoa and kale. Halloumi could've been grilled more for that special crunch, but overall it was a lovely dish. I'd definitely come back here again. So many options on the menu, for burger lovers, vegetarians and vegans alike. Staff were friendly and atmosphere was great.
Located inside Castle Towers, this Cafe can be found near events gold cinema. They have seating area inside and outside of the cafe. Love the relaxing ambience throughout. The dishes we ordered came pretty quickly (went there for a weekday lunch). We had:Pancakes (tastes better than it looks)Vegetable Stack (didn’t disappoint)Japanese Chicken Bowl (absolutely delicious! My personal favourite)Their coffee and malabar chai were great too.
Having breakfast here was purely coincidental as I needed a place to eat and wait after workout. It is not my first time here so I know that they make good coffee and food. Because it was early on a Sunday morning and shops don’t open until 10am, there weren’t too many people (which I like).
