Small friendly an they are at least trying to be fast...food is good ..come an support this small buisness...lots of sandwich options to choose from
Superb food! The sandwich I had was so well crafted; stuff that you only find in homemade type meals. Fantastic... very good customer service
Bilia is a wonderful local coffee/lunch spot in the north/central side of town. I went with three others on a Saturday and, although busy, we were able to find a table within 10 minutes of arrival. The shop was homey and decorated nicely with pops of color and a cool mural near the restrooms. I always love when places have unique art- fun to look at and a good conversation piece. I ordered a cappuccino and the steak argentino. Both delicious and so were the plantain chips that came on the side. All of the ingredients were fresh and I love that they have healthier options on their menu (though I wasn 't feeling like eating very healthy that day). I ended up visiting Bilia another time between my first visit and writing this review. I ordered the Bilia club and wasn 't really thrilled with it. I was expecting grilled chicken breast but received something that was more like a cold cut sandwich. I 'm always disappointed when I get sandwiches like that from places because it feels like something that can easily be made at home. Minus one star for that but otherwise, Bilia was great. Perfect for a quick, casual sit down coffee or lunch. Great for to-go too. I 'll be back for the steak argentino for sure.
Had lunch there today and it was a great experience. Young lady who greeted us and took our order was really nice and courteous. She had excellent recommendations on what to order and she was spot on. My wife and I split the Bryan salad and the Bahn Mi sandwich which were delicious! The tables were continuously cleared and cleaned as the patrons left. We will definitely return to this wonderful gem that is hidden away in Castle Hills near the intersection of MW Military and West Avenue. Highly recommend!!
