Feedback gevenThe customer is always right is a non-existent concept at this location. Literally THE WORST. The lone employee I encountered here was incredibly disrespectful to me for no apparent reason and he claimed he was the general manager of this store. I placed an online order, came into the store 20 minutes later, and it still wasn 't being worked on. After he helped two people in line, he started preparing my online order, and making it inaccurately. When I asked him to heed the special instructions I wrote for my order on the app, he argued with me and said Well, that 's not on my receipt and kept having an attitude. I tried to ask him to please relax to which he visibly started shaking and gritting his teeth as if he was refraining from punching me. He then asks, SO AM I MAKING THIS FOR YOU OR NOT? I obviously declined and left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. I told him to please refund my order since I had prepaid for it online. He said he would, but no refund has even taken place for the food I never even received. That was a week ago... I still have not been refunded. I don 't even want to set foot into this Subway location ever again. Not a way a general manager should conduct themselves.
Placed an order online, went to the store and waited upfront for 10 min. After the customers inside (2) went outside, the boy started closing the doors. We told him that we placed an order 20 min ago and are here for pickup and waiting from 10 min here and that it is not in the rack/shelf yet for pick up so waiting upfront. He said he is an high-schooler and he is closing early (he was closing an hour early)as he needs to leave and was saying call the manager next morning for refund. Rude and non-caring. Slammed the door on the face. Called next morning to the number listed online and no one picks up.
A curly brown hair boy was very disrespectful. He was completely high and couldn 't concentrate on what he was doing and called my wife a Karen. I never had such a rude experience. Heed my warning, don 't go to this place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Was there today with my Son after we went to the library. The red haired boy is absolutely disrespectful and beyond rude. Grabbed the 2 pieces of wax paper. Put it on the board and then proceeded to glare at my son. So I then told my Son to tell him the bread he wanted. He snapped back at him and said: I Cant Hear you.. then I stepped in and repeated my Son. Redhead did say, I am hard of hearing ok then I continue to say our orders. Obnoxious and acting completely annoyed with anything I said.. we asked for onions. He replied bluntly “we don’t have any”. He was terrible from start to finish as in when he rang it up and then just walked away to the people behind us, in which he said, again bluntly “BREAD”. Wow! To add to this treatment, the lettuce was yellowing, the board was extremely dirty, the bottles holding the condiments were discolored and looked extremely dirty. The mayonnaise ran out on my son’s sandwich and then I had none. He didn’t offer to get more from the back. This place is disgusting and the employee, the redhead matches it very well. I’m going to call the management of this particular establishment (I know they are all personally owned) and request my money back. If not I will dispute it with my back. If I wasn't there I couldn’t imagine how he would have treated my son!
On 09/02/23, I placed an online order at this restaurant. When I arrived at the shop, I found the door locked. A red-haired employee eventually came to the door after I knocked, and informed me that they did not have enough staff to fulfill my order. He suggested that I cancel the order online. Despite my order indicating it was ready, he explained there was nothing he could do. When I requested to speak to a manager, I was told they were on vacation. Unfortunately, I did not receive my food and my order was never canceled. Attempts to contact the shop by phone were unsuccessful, as the phone rang continuously without being answered. This experience felt like a scam. I have contacted customer service in hopes of receiving a refund. The service at this location was terrible, and this is not the first time I have had issues here. In my opinion, this restaurant should be permanently closed. It is astonishing that such a wealthy town in America would have such poor service.
