This coffee house is a part of community of “The Canyons”, but open to public and holds some awesome weekly events. It’s literally a freelancer’s paradise!Besides awesome patio with firepit, sofas, chairs and other areas “The Exchange coffee house” has a great selection of drinks, pastries, toasts and healthy snacks/salads?
This place was adorable and such a welcoming environment for families with small kids. I love that there’s plenty of space for everyone to get comfortable, even during busy times of day. I also love their menu and the allergy friendly options. However, the lack of attention to the order I placed was incredibly disappointing. I have a wheat and dairy allergy (not intolerance, not a choice, but an allergy). I ordered an oat milk vanilla latte and gluten free avocado toast. I was served an oat milk latte with no vanilla I was thankful the server happily added some vanilla for me after the fact since I paid extra for it. However, was also served REGULAR avocado toast, instead of gluten free. I trusted the staff and took a bite of the toast before realizing it was not gluten free I’m now experiencing an allergic reaction that I otherwise would not have had. Incredibly disappointing and is not acceptable. If gluten free is an option on the menu, it needs to be paid attention to when listed on someone’s order. Overall a cute place and great coffee but wouldn’t recommend the food for those with wheat allergy celiacs disease.
It is nicely done inside but the food is very basic. Why would any sort of a reputable coffee house serve food to adults on paper plates though? I'm not a child at a birthday party. Also internet doesn't work :
Our go-to coffee shop nearby! Coffee is consistently great, food is great, and the staff is friendly and welcoming!
