Jersey Mike's Subs - Castle Rock

That was my first time here. the staff was very friendly and they helped me get a sandwich. I have the chicken philly cheese steak and it was great!

Terrible experience, two $9.85 subs have up to $29 dollars. When I asked why they said because you got food, I was chipping, so I thought I'd get a drink. I took two tassen and was immediately accused of taking tassen without paying for it. I said you told me I paid for meals and she told you, but no chips or drinks. So again why it was $29 for two $9 sandwiches. the line as stacking with customers, so I said, money they only charge me for two drinks and she has calculated me another $5. So with change it was $35 for two normal $9 subs with chips and a drink and we were called for to take drinks we called 't pay for. When I asked about a manager, she just went away. I will not be back and will say as many people as I can to avoid this place until it gets new owners or manager. I've never been accused of theft until this experience. no thanks jersey mike 's. also the subs did not come away as ordered, another frustrating problem.

My family absolutely loves this sub shop. The associates here are the best in the biz, and really take their time to not only get to know you, but make your food delicious. They are all so friendly, patient and kind, I appreciate them greatly. And the store is always very well maintained. Kudos to this company for making food that's not only fresh but tastes amazing!

I popped into this Jersey Mike's store in Castle Rock because of the Gluten Free Subs sign in the window. After ordering and explaining I needed the gluten free options, I was informed they did not have GF bread. Sadly, because of this, I didn't eat lunch that day because I ran out of time. In my opinion, if you advertise a GF sub, you better darn well have the bread to make it! Very disappointed.

In comparison to other sub sandwich stores, this one is not at all that bad. The facility was well maintained and clean, the staff was super courteous, and the store is centrally located in Castle Rock across from the Outlets.
