Los Santos - Castle Rock

By far the best Mexican food I've in a while. They menu options were very diverse and unique. Best Mexican food in castle rock!!!! Cutest outdoor turf area if you wanted to unload the kiddos while you grab a funky margarita, they had one with avocado, one with white claw and so many more. I can't wait to go back and try the marg flight too!! The meat in my enchiladas was so tender and juicy. Will 125% be returning.

Went there yesterday and was very impressed by the food and the service. The presentation of the food was fabulous and the taste was amazing. Will certainly be coming back.

Being a long time resident and proudly open to new businesses and ALL the favored long standing Pilars of our community...I do enjoy how much we have grown! Restaurants, shops, new entertainment center 's for children and adults. Parks, recreations, shopping outlet, great schools, and concerts, too! Importantly, the ability to run it 's business and have the endurance to be accomplished. I do hope this restaurant will continue to thrive as a new business still. My first experience ? . Perhaps with reading all the reviews...I can honestly say, It was OK ... Would I return? ...YES, I live for really good seasoned Carne Asada! I can 't wait for them... bring it !!!

Placed an order to go (i.e., tacos, fajitas) with two orders of tortilla soup. While we received the tacos fajitas, the tortilla soup was not tortilla soup. It was a yellow concoction that was made of corn (which we only found out after calling the restaurant to figure out what they sent us). The restaurant did not offer to refund or replace the soup which meant two of our party did not get part of their dinner. The steak fajitas were also overcooked to the point of being too burnt to eat. We didn't expect excellent Mexican food like we have in Southern California, but we had hoped for an edible meal. This place was still a huge disappointment.
