Mcdonald's - Castle Rock

Staff were very sincere and helpful. I was ordering late night (after 11:30 PM) in the actual facility and not through the drive through. I was told approximate wait times and was served slightly before the anticipated time. Although the registers were closed, staff accommodated me and informed me of menu options I may not have had access to otherwise. Overall experience was a 10/10, especially because I could tell the food was warm and therefore prepared as soon as I ordered it!

I go to this Micky-D's about twice a week. Who am I kidding, about 6 time a week. Shameful, I know. At any rate, just tried the cinnamon roll for the first time from here. It was completely over turbo-chef'd that it was hard on the outside. But overall the other items are good and have only gotten attitude once when I was questioned if I had even paid in the drive thru which was totally a rude move. But after throwing attitude back, because how could I prove that I paid since they don't give you a receipt until you get your back of food, with.

Nice drive through staff! Everything was hot and fresh. Due to a strict med diet, I've not been to any McD's in over four years, so it was nice to see that the consistency hasn't changed.

First experience at this location and very satisfied. Line was long but was moving quickly. You could tell the food was prepared shortly before being served, best McDonald's I've had in a while.
