Taco Bell - Castle Rock

I usually visit this Taco Bell since it's the nearest one to my home. The food is decent, though they could definitely improve on cleanliness. However, today really frustrated me. I arrived at 9:45 and pulled into the drive-thru, only to be told they were closed even though they're supposed to stay open until 10. Really disappointing.

I was genuinely impressed by the exceptional customer service at this fast food restaurant! I typically don't have much to say about fast food places, especially Taco Bell, but the service here was truly outstanding. Great job, everyone!

My family may not share my enthusiasm, but I absolutely love Taco Bell. It's quite affordable and their menu keeps expanding. I know it's not authentic Mexican cuisine, but I really enjoy the Mexican pizza. The last location I visited was impressively maintained, and they're clearly making an effort to keep their restaurants updated.

I really enjoy this Taco Bell because it’s typically not very crowded. I seldom see more than 3 or 4 cars in the drive-thru ahead of me, and there are even fewer customers inside the restaurant. The only reason I can't give it a full 5 stars is that my order has been incorrect a few times. However, when I pointed out the mistakes, they promptly resolved the issues and were polite throughout my visit.

The management at this establishment is also terrible. When I called to share my experience after returning to the office, the manager said he had heard everything but claimed there was nothing he could or would do about it. As management, it’s important to guide employees on how to treat paying customers. It would have been more appropriate for him to address the behavior of his staff rather than dismissing our concerns. Because of this poor management and awful service, I can assure you that no one in our office will return.
