Taco Bell - Castle Rock

I visited the restaurant at 10 PM after a football game, noting that their posted hours say they close at midnight. A worker was standing in front of the store vaping. I pulled up to the drive-thru, but after waiting for a while, no one came to the window. Eventually, I drove forward, and I saw the same worker standing by the drive-thru window, only to have him turn off the lights. What was that all about?

Do not pull forward if they ask you to; you will become their last priority. I ended up waiting an extra 15 minutes for a meal meant for three people. This place should perform much better, especially during lunch and dinner hours. If possible, avoid it altogether. They messed up my order twice before I even received all my drinks—one drink was completely missing, and another was incorrect. It also took me 10 minutes to reach the window with just one car in front of me.

The drive-thru service was excellent, but I got a bit lost due to the maps. The easiest entrance is located on Village Square Drive.

The food is just as good as at any other Taco Bell. However, the location is quite a bit smaller since it shares space with the gas station next door. They do have an order kiosk, which is great if you want to take your time to browse and customize your order.

I really enjoy this Taco Bell because it’s typically not very crowded. I seldom see more than 3 or 4 cars in the drive-thru ahead of me, and there are even fewer customers inside the restaurant. The only reason I can't give it a full 5 stars is that my order has been incorrect a few times. However, when I pointed out the mistakes, they promptly resolved the issues and were polite throughout my visit.
