Not a Costa lover, and this was my first visit to this Costa in Castlebar, I found the service was first class and the staff there friendly and welcoming and a nice place and decor with glass windows all around you makes the place light and airy, the atmosphere was warm and quiet enough, we could converse with each other without having to shout. coffee was hot and strong enough for me and I'm half German haha. If you want a quick coffer and a bite to eat a nice place to go, enjoy...... That's was our first time in Costa Coffee Castlebar. My daughter was very excited to have the new hot milkshake, so do I.. But the review here is not about the taste of the shakes or any food . I was shocked by the way one of the staff members was talking to her colleagues . I believe the lad was in training, or he was new in the Costa Caffè Castlebar. The lady who was showing the lad her colleague) how to clean the place didn't have any skill to teach her colleague. She was loud . And embarrassed her colleague on the floor where lots of customers were. Then she went behind the counter to help the other staff make the drinks . And she is still loud.
