Place where I married 26 years ago still has charm and character buildings and grounds are beautiful

Beautiful ground and a beautiful location for a hotel. the personal was also very pleasant.

Visited a high time last week and it was very well managed. has been well supervised by josephine and margaret during the high season!

Attended a wedding... didn't stay overnight... Nice venue, lovely staff, food ok. Recommended.

Josephine and her sister Margaret made our vist to Castle Oaks Hotel really special with their welcome, good service, and sense of humour.

Nice scenic location, hotel seems a bit dated. The lunch was delicious and is very much like a home cooked meal. Well worth a visit for a walk by the river.

We stayed here for our anniversary, and while it’s definitely older with the finishings and layout, this heritage feel is what we loved about Castle Oaks Hotel....

Pity about the guest service , to see somebody shout and argue with a paying guest because they want to finish early is not helping the industry

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me and Josephine was so helpful and friendly gave me great a history of the place Thank you so much
