Dunkin' - Castleton

Came through the drive thru around 4:30. The girl with the meth mouth her name started with J and a man with no nametag were working. I was waiting for food for several minutes while they complained about their manager and coworkers. They kept talking about how everyone comes in an hour early and leaves early so they are going to shut down an hour early today. Then they started talking about ideas how they would get hurt so they could go home. Both were super loud and obnoxious and it was very rude and poor customer service. If your workers don 't want to be there then let them know to find new jobs. I also hate at this location the same lady tells you take a few minutes to look at menu and we will be back instead of taking your order when you pull up. Super long waits.The last 4 out of 5 times out of bagels by noon. I will drive a little further to the other 2 within a few miles. Other locations much much better.

I go to Dunkin donuts every morning usually north greenbush or Latham depending on where I 'm working that day) and order the same thing, a small iced caramel coffee. The staff is always pleasant even if the drink is made wrong). Today was my first time coming through this drive though and I had the absolute worst experience I 've ever had at a Dunkin donuts. Immediately the woman taking my order was rude and short with me. Then when I came up to the window I could hear the woman asking the other employee if it was supposed to be iced or hot and she said very loudly I don 't care she 's getting hot but I had very clearly and politely ordered an iced. She went to handed it to me and I said nicely I 'm sorry it was supposed to be iced . This Woman gave me the nastiest look, then w and I tried to tell her politely what I wanted In the drink to make sure it wasn 't made wrong again and she snapped at me saying no I got it . She then up charged me an extra 50 cents for no reason. I get this same drink every day and it 's always the same price. When I tried to ask her why she was charging me more and she just yelled in a very nasty to e because that 's what it costs! . I was going to leave a tip like I always do but I didn 't today. I will never ever go back to this Dunkin donuts and I think they need to take a very serious look at their staff and do some retraining or get rid of them. There was absolutely no reason for that woman to be so nasty to me. I 'm always very friendly and polite and she was miserable from the start. I am really disgusted. If I had time I would have gone in and talked to a manager but unfortunately I didn 't have the time.

Spent seven dollars on a large latte asked for oat milk there was no oat milk. my coffee doesn’t even taste like coffee it taste like caramel milk it’s absolutely disgusting, staff were friendly at least.

Worst dunkin in the area. always end up waiting for 10+ minutes to even place my order (even when their is no line) in the drive thru. service absolutely sucks

First off the service through the drive through was terrible. the girl said they literally didn 't have anything I asked for. so once the order was finally set and we are pulling up. they screwed up the lady in front of us so it took forever. then they tried to give us the wrong order. then the app (coupon scans) weren 't working and some lady who doesn 't rush for noone came to the window and was a complete Karen and a half. overall don 't go to that dunkin. there are 3 others within 5 miles I would recommend. 95 Miller road is an disgrace.
